TBpeople Philippines participated in the PITX event with the team “Celebrating Father’s Day with Our Cool Drivers”

TBpeople Philippines, in collaboration with Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), the Philippine Medical Students’ Association (PMSA), BDO (WMall Branch), and Red Ribbon (PITX), hosted a remarkable Father’s Day event themed “Celebrating Father’s Day with Our Cool Drivers.” This heartwarming event aimed to honor and appreciate the incredible drivers of beloved transport vehicles who tirelessly serve the community.

The event was a lively and engaging affair, featuring exciting prize giveaways for visitors at the booth. Attendees had the opportunity to win various prizes, creating an atmosphere of fun and camaraderie. The drivers, who were the stars of the day, participated in a comprehensive medical mission. This mission included health check-ups and the distribution of free medicines, ensuring that the drivers received the medical attention they deserved.

In addition to the festivities, TBpeople Philippines took this opportunity to introduce the OneImpact Philippines initiative in partnership with Innovations for Community Health (ICH) and the Fast Track the Cure Signature Campaign #6MonthsMax. Certified TB Survivor Advocates were present to share vital TB information and personal survival stories, inspiring hope and awareness. OneImpact Philippines is designed to empower TB patients and survivors by providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate their treatment journey.

Gratitude goes out to everyone who joined in celebrating and supporting this important cause. The effort of the organizers, partners, and attendees made the event a resounding success. The event was not only a celebration of Father’s Day but also a reminder of the importance of community support and health awareness. It underscored the meaningful role that drivers play in our daily lives and the necessity of ensuring their well-being.
