Promising Steps Forward: TBpeople Philippines and DOLE-NCR Discuss Collaboration to Address TB Challenges
TBpeople Philippines took a significant step forward in its mission on February 26, 2024. Led by the dynamic leadership of Ms. Louie Zepeda-Teng, Founder and President of TBpeople Philippines, alongside, Mr. Nino Magpusao – Vice President and Communication Head, Mr. Marcus Teng – Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Edwardo Patac – Admin Head, Ms. Maria Elena Binlayan – Chief Finance Head and Mr. Luisito Tay – Media Head. TBpeople Philipines Team had a meeting and met with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) – National Capital Region (NCR) led by Regional Director Atty. Sarah Buena Mirasol.
Atty. Sarah Buena Mirasol greeted the TBpeople Philippines team warmly and commended their dedication to addressing the challenges posed by tuberculosis. Her positive response underscored DOLE-NCR’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote public health and well-being.
